NotesInitially, the interconnection application was approved. However, after the Change Order for the IGS project, we submitted a new application approximately four months ago that is still pending. There has been no delay from our side on this project. The delay is from the PEPCO side. Their engineers have mentioned multiple times via email that they are expediting the process, especially for this application, but the application has still not been approved. Bob and Prany are already aware of this issue. We are continuing to follow up with PEPCO regarding the current progress. However, the customer's loan is expiring soon, and the USA team may need to apply for a new agreement. This is why I wanted to bring this project to your attention.
